Did I mention??

We have a ratified contract?? As of Monday - we are there. Wednesday was Home Inspection. We knew there would be numerous little things, but the biggest issues was water intrusion on 3 of the windows which need some sealing... non-op sump pump, and radon mitigation fan... a broken window (outside pane)... and lots of smaller stuff. Being my second time in the house.. I actually got to take some photos this time. Take the tour
