Rounding the 3rd corner..

Well, we got the bank paperwork, its signed and back.. and guess what.. the house has been taken off the market so we get no more competition until we close! woohoo So now its a matter of waiting for the bank to sign the contract.. meaning wait for it to get to the top of the pile of the person who does these things.. and then we have a ratified contract! Then we have 7 days to get our inspection and appraisal in so if there is any reason why we need to bail - we have to do it then. After that... Oct 10 is the settlement date. So we haven't gotten to the final turn just yet.. but we're close! What a long strange trip its been...
